Capt. Langley antl iwo native poliee ofBcers arrested Kalua last evening for having eight tins of opium in possession. Kalua was formerly captain of tbe scbooner Kawailani. He was bailed ont in tbe snm of $250. It is note worthy that it is always the poliee, and never the custoai bouse who catch the drug.
