SEEKING ʻOHANA

I am looking for my 'ohana. My mother was Jean M. Kamakea, 1934-1990. Born in Hilo, she attended St. Joseph's School , the Hilo High before moving out of state. My grandmother was Mary G. Kamakea, daughter of Johnny Kamakea, bom in Hilo around 1886, and Maria Correa, born about 1 886 in Madeira, Portugal. My mother passed away so quickly she never got our genealogy together. I am reaching out in hope that my 'ohana will know my sisters and I exist. I would like to know where we eome from and where we

stand in the 'ohana. I did know my uncles George and Manuel Kamakea of Waimanālo. I would like to add to the descendants of Johnny Kamakea. Please contact me at 800-935-0836 or 49 Laehala St., Hilo 96720-4931. Paulette Leilani Carlos Hilo
