Warriors, Unity, Sovereignty, Now, For All Hawaiians Equally Anonymous, 5-19 Just like I have said in the past ... OHA is a scam. It's a get rich (un)organization that wants something at whatever expense it may take. The American Constitution states that no state shall form a government within a government, whieh is what OHA is all about. You supporters of OHA are no different than the Minnesota Militia, or other terrorist groups that reside under the flag I support. Your forefathers chose to live under the flag under the United States, and I really wish you OHA people will learn to accept that. Until then ... you need to live with it ... suck it up and quit complaining. Just remember who kept you loeal people free for

all these years ... the Americans. During WWII, we kept you free from foreign enemies - especially Japan. Read your history books. Their prisoner camps were nothing to be reckoned with. Harsh living environments, terrible food ... need 1 say more? No, I don't. Japan has never apologized for the attack on Pearl Harbor and never will. If history was changed and they took over the islands you eall home you'd never be fighting your cause like you are now. You'd still be living under the Rising Sun, and never have had any type of apologies from their government. Think about all the "What if's" before you go blabbing off at the lip. You just might appreciate what you already have.

Gwen, 5-19 Anonymous, If you're such a whiz in your history, you will find that Japan wasn't at war with Hawai'i. If they were, they would've dropped their mother lode on all the Islands. But they didn't. So what does that tell you? They were at war with the United States and for that reason they bombed Pearl and all the other U.S. military bases on the Island of O'ahu, and that's all. And when they surrendered, they surrendered to the United States and not to Hawai'i. Another thing, Japan also recognized their treaty with Hawai'i, and that's the reason that they didn't bomb the rest of the outer islands. It's more than I say for the United States who continued to break every treaty they ever made. The United States has no sense of loyalty or honor, not even to themselves. We would probably be better off under the Rising Sun than under the bald eagle, who no doubt is like the country it represents. World Court and Hawaiians Tim-sing, 5-13 As one of the few locals in attendance at the ADB meeting on O'ahu it was great to see that the Hawaiian "culture" was being represented by brother Bumpy Kanahele. His booth had the best arts and crafts made by himself and other kupunas. But the highlight had to be the Reinstated Hawaiian Government's booth, for not only did international delegates get to see what was going on but members of the U.S. State Dept. were in awe as Mr.

Henry Noa laid out the international status of Hawai'i's present Nationhood. To the members of the lawful Hawaiian government, great job and congratulations, being the only invited organization on Hawaiian Sovereignty to the A.D.B. Miehael, 5-14 I beg to differ with you, as another one of the few locals in attendance. Apparently you missed the Wednesday presentation that Bumpy had in a multi-media auditorium attended by various legislators, a state department official, ADB officials, and U.S. ambassador to the ADB. He had the whole side laid out with Independence documents/materials including eonstitutions, treaties with all the nations, world court info, etc. Brother Tim, Henry Noa was not at the presentation that included a film excellently done that laid out the case for Independence no holds barred. It wasn't Henry that the Hawaiian independence marchers' leaders eame for aloha before the protest march, where they blocked the march, demanded and received proper respect with chanting and protocol before the march could proceed past the convention center, with their permission, and led the way with Hawaiian Kingdom flags waving. It was Bumpy and his group; I was in it. The only other leader that Tnet with marchers outside the hall was Mr. Chino, the president of the ADB. Sorry you missed the point that Bumpy made before the plans were negotiated with the ADB; "I am for Independence first and foremost." ■
