Let's start with a 'new' Governance Framework whieh better aligns OHA's decision-making process with our mission in order to meet the needs of our beneficiaries. Try all kinds of different things. You may fail at a lot of things, but you'll learn a lot, quickly. Do lots of side projects. Do things you know nothing about. Now here are the 5 'new' Governanee Framework elements to help us achieve the above: 1) Identity 2) Values and Mana 3) Statutory Basis 4) Policies 5) Supporting Documents and Practices (operations).
