The Band Performance

Of last Thursday at the Hotel was worthy of all pralse., Some experienced amateurs said that the rendering of the Barber of Seville was perfect. The excellent time and grace and finish of this performance are truly admirable. We do not believe that San Francisco has a band equal to ours, and with the exception of two or three orchestral bands in New York and Boston, we do not believe there is a finer band in the United States.
