Several minor cases were disposed of this morning. The case of Welsh the traincar-driver who was arrested at the instigation of the military authorities, was continued till next week. The reason given was, that Lieutenant Coyne the principal witness and the man who drew a pistol on Welsh is too sick to meet in Court. The cases of George Lycurgus and T. A. Simpson were finished with the result that a nolle-pros was entered against the latter while Mr. Lycurgus was found guilty and fined $75, and costs.
