Meeting of the Councils.

Tbe regular meeting of the CounciIs took plaee thisafternoon and lasted about twenty rainutes. Contrary* to exj>ectations nothing of importance was laid before the raeeting. President Dole did not arrive becanse he was busy at bis private residence preparing the answer to Minister Willis’ demand. It is evidently difficult to “say no.” Tbe Conncils wili raeet tomorrow and presumably Mr. Dole will be ready then.
