There sball be no jury tri.ils hiek in tho cmntry bat only at ihe residence of the Oovernor and in his presonce. If tho supreme judges bring a man to trial who has heen previously tried by a jury no mau who was on the former jury shall be permitte<l to sit upon the new one. An entirety new jury ahall be clrawn. 1-4 The pay of every native man called to sit on a jary ahall be a qnarter of a do'Iar per d*y But if the trial be bei’*re the supreme judges t!ien the pay shall be half a dollar per day.
