Ims been appointed by Judge Kalua to appraise the estate of the late Dr. Robert MeKibbin. for the purpose of determining its value, subject to inheritance tax. The estate is worth, it is said, over $90,000. Russell A- Watson have moved for an order to the administrator of the estate of J. C. Strow to pay and deliver all monies and property of the estate into court, on behalf of Mary J. Hoyt and Garrett S. Strow of Concord. New Hampshire, sister and brother and sole heirs of deceased.
