RECEIVERSHIP FOR THE PAN-AMERICAN

BUFFALO. Jan. 7.—lt having been found impossible to unite the cred itors of the Pan American Exposition to bring about the best possible results from the remaining assets of the exposition company, the FidelityTrust Company, representing the first mortgage bondholders, entered a summons and complaint today before the Supreme Court, asking that a receiver be appointed to take charge of the affairs of the company Of the issu*' of J2.500.0b*) in first mortgage bonds. $150,000 is still unpaid. The wrecking privilege, one of the most valuable assets of the com pany, has been held up by claims and judgments. A receivership was found to be inevitable owing to the legal tangle which the suits brought about.
