The service was conducted by The Rev. Ford Coffman and assisted by Wayne f s brother, The Rev. Frank" Washburn of Tacoma, Washington. ~ Both parents, Mr. and Mrs. William K. Stephenson ānd Mr. and Mrs. Frank L. Washburn hosted a reception in Kailua attended by 200 friends and family. Entertainment was provided by the Kalamalama brothers of Wāimanalo. We were told thāt Wayne and Kimberly first met as coaches fōra eanoe club in Kailua. And we would also ādd thāt Wayne has been with Ke Alahou since January.
