A- streng agitation is in progress im Boston in favor of the Tfpeal of the law forcing men to sit while drinking, and |for the restoration of standing bars. After considerable experience uiider the present law, it has been discovered that frora ten ito tvventy per cent. more liquor is drunk than when standing bars were in voguej owing to the eoeial itreating whieh it encourages. !
