KE KILOHANA POOKELA NO KA LAHUI HAWAII.

           

Kumumanao

            He hoopunipuni ka naau kanaka mai a Adamu mai.  No ka mea, i ko laua wa e noho ana ma ka kihapai o Edena, Olelo mai ke akua ia laua, o na laau a pau o ke kihapai nei ;  ua noa ia ia olua, aka, o keia laau ea!  mai ai olua i ka hua o ia laau, ina e ai olua he make ka hoopai.  a mahope iho, hiki mai la ka Nahesa a hoowalewale ia laua, me ka olelo ana ia laau.  he oiaio anei ;  ua olelo mai ke Akua ia olua, aole e ai i ka hua o keia laau?  Ae.  Pane mai ka Nahesa, aole pono ke hoolohe aku i kana, ina i ka wa a ulua e ai ai i ka hua o keia laau, he oiaio e i ke pu ana olua me ke Akua, ka ike i ka pono a me ka hewa ;  ia wa ai laua i ike io ai laau i ka hewa, a hilahila iho la, no ko imua ai ana i ka hua o ka laau a ke Akua i papa ai.  Mailaila mai ka hewa a hiki mai la kakou nei.  No ka lilo ana o na kumu i ka hewa, pela no hoi ia kakou, o ka hewa ka ke hanaka mea e hana ai, a mahope mai o ia ka hoopunipuni, he mea ia e uhi ana i ka hewa ana i hana ai, a me he mea la he ole loa, a lilo ka hewa i mea ole ia laau, a he oiaio wale no nia ka hoike ana i ke Akua.
