loats are vital to the success of a parade, especially in Hawai'i, and this one from the 1987 King Kamehameha Celebration Floral Parade proved to be no exception. Beautifully decorated with foliage and floweis of Hawai'i, this float carried musicians and hula dancers to entertain the crowd along the parade route. There will be such floats, marching units, mainland and loeal marching bands, Hawai'i's own Royal Hawaiian Band, pa'u riders, and many, many other units in the 72nd parade this year on Saturday, June 11, starting at 9:30 a. m.
