Help Available for Shoreline Fishermen

Help is available for Hawaii's shoreline fishermen who want to know their rights for coastal fishing access. Hui Maka Kilo, a nonprofit agency headed by president John Simeona, ean provide information on laws that protect shoreline fishing access, fishing regulations and offer help with other problems. Hui O Maka Kilo ine., whose name means "watchful eyes", was incorporated in April, 1987, as a grassroots action agency to help native Hawaiians know and protect their rights. It helps people find work, housing and plaee to grow food for selfsufficient living.
