NOTICE OF GRAVE REMOVAL Notice is hereby given to whomever it may eoneem that:

The Bishop Museum has disinterred the remains of approximately 20 individuals in accordance with the provisions of section 338-25.5 Hawaii Revised Statutes and with the requirements oftheState Departmentof Health, from an unmarked grave in the ahuapua'a of Kalihi, Makena, Makawao district, Maui (TMK 2-1-7:95), within the existing Makena Surf Development. All persons having an interest, or believing themselves to be descendants of these remains, are requested to notify Hawaii States Properties, ine. (Maui 874-0055; O'ahu 524-5100), the Bishop Museum (O'ahu 848-41 26), or the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (Maui 244-421 9; O'ahu 548-8960) within thirty (30) days of the date of this notice. A location map is available from any of the three parties.
