Kaōhua Lucas1b'Connor During my youth, my parents would always remind me that it is the person's language that is the foundation of their culture. Today, I am continually encouraging my two children to perpetuate that belief by conversing in Hawaiian. Both my husband and I think it's important to preserve the language. My father-in-law, Dennis 0'Connor, also supports the Hawaiian Language and the people of this city. Let the Hawaiian language continue to live!
