Their favorite food? "Anything with gravy." Sam says the important thing about being a parent is "being there, letting them know that they are loved, support them in whatever they do." Relish: combine chopped onions, tomatoes, limu kohu, pineh Hawaiian sea salt (optionai). Plaee on fresh fish fillets or tofu. Put in ti leaves and wrap into traditional lawalu. Plaee in oven to bake at 400 degrees till tendereat with poi, taro, sweet potato, fresh fruit and salad.
