Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park presents "E Ola Mau Ke Ea O Nā Kānaka Maoli ... the life force of the native people lives" featuring Dennis Pavao, Auntie G-Girl Keli'ihomalu, Auntie Becky Pau, Hula Hālau O Kou Lima Nani Ē. The festival takes plaee on May 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Park Cultural Festival. It will offer hands-on participation in lei-making, lauhala and coconut Ieaf weaving, wood carving, adze making, musical instruments, kapa beating, tl

leaf slippers and rain capes, and medicinal plants. The festival is co-sponsored by Hawai'i Natural History Association and Volcano Art Center.
