JUSTICE STRUGGLE

I write today on how hard it's been for my "ohana to be heard in justice and faimess and on how the 'ohana's kuleana 'āina has been abused by unfair parties and persons. We have entered the courts trying to tell the truth but have not been heard. In 1992, the heirs of W.RH. Kaleiahihi answered a quiet title eomplain to defend and preserve the title and possession of 259 acres of our land the state and private interests elaim was grated to them in a 1962 judgment. We, the heirs, were never served in 1962 and so we believe the judgment does not apply to us because our family was denied the opportunity to be heard on our ownership of the property. We live on the land of our ancestors and have always paid taxes on this fee simple property whieh we have cherished and passed down for generations. Our story is fact and we have documented proof. We would appreciate your support and aloha in stopping the assault on our family. For more information, contact Rosemond Pettigrew at 808-558-8477 or
