Eligibility Requirements and Minimum Required Documents All eligibility requirements must be met at time of application. All applicants must be 14 years or older at time of application. o Mustbe a Native Hawaiian, Alaska Native, or Amenean lndian (no minimum quantum). Bring Birth Certificate orTribal ID. o Must meet ineome requirements. Bring recordsof familytotal gross ineome for the last 1 2-month period, W-2 Forms, tax documents, annuities, rental ineome and all other sources. o Must be registered with Selective Service if 1 8 years of age or older. Bring verification OR register with ALU LIKE. o Must have social security card, school ID (picture) or report card (14-17years of age) or Driver's license or State ID, work permit (1 6-1 7 years of age), certificate of employment, CL1 Form (14-15 years of age, one form for eaeh new job), Additional documents may be required.
