Wrongdoing

America is a democracy but it also has sociahstic traits with a

force of capitahsm. There is a litany of wrongdoing to the detriment of the Hawaiian whieh eulminated in the Apology Bill (Puhlie Law 103-150). When Ameiiea stole the Hawaiian nation, it also stole the land. This was the beginning of the end of Hawaiian eontrol. Of the 1.8 million acres, the United States gave 1.4 million to the creation of the State of Hawai'i. The remaining .4 million acres of ehoiee land, it kept for its own use - all without compensation. What further proof must I have to qualify my accusation that America's eapitalistic culture, although advantageous to the foreigner, was certainly a detriment to the well-being of the Native Hawaiian.
