ʻAha ʻŌpio o OHA

High school juniors and sophomores of Hawaiian ancestry are encouraged to apply for the 'Aha 'Ōpio o OHA youth leadership eonference scheduled for June 27 - July 2, 2004. Participants in the conferenee get to experience the political process first hand by drafting and voting on bills in a moek legislature held at the state capitol. The deadline to apply is April 16, 2004. Application materials may be obtained from class advisors, eounselors and Hawaiian language/studies teachers, as well as online at www.oha.org, or by calling 5941894.
