DHHL's HOAP provides beneficiaries with effective assistance by offering professional support every step of the way. HOAP helps beneficiaries of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act improve their ability to be prepared for statewide homeownership opportunities through homebuyer counseling and ownership readiness training.
