Genealogy workshops

The Friends of 'Iolani Palaee is offering two separate sets of introductory workshops on genealogical research every mo nth in 2006. The two-day "Basic I" and "Basic II" workshops will be held on the first and second Thursdays of eaeh month, from

9 a.ni. to 2 p.m. The cost is $75 and includes instruction, syllabus and workbook. The two-day "Court Class" and "Land Class" will be held on the third and fourth Thursdays of eaeh month from 9 a.m. to 2 p.ni. The cost is $55 for both days. Classes are held in the Kana'ina Building on the palaee grounds. Students must sign up for both days of eaeh workshop, and seating is limited to 20.
