'Imi Hale, the Native Hawaiian Cancer Network, has produced a new DVD that seeks to raise breast cancer awareness and encourage women to undergo regular screenings. The DVD features doctors, heahh advocates, a noted kupuna and breast cancer survivors sharing their stories. 'Imi Hale is a program administered by Papa Ola Lōkahi and funded by the National Cancer Institute. The program's goal is to reduce the number of ineidences of cancer among Native Hawaiians nationally and locally.
