Educator workshops

From Aug. 22 through Dec. 12, the Hawaiian studies resource group Ka Lei Pāpahi o Kākuhihewa will be offering workshops for educators focusing on 'ōlelo Hawai'i, Hawaiian music, chant and dance. All classes and workshops will take plaee at the Kamakakūokalani Center for Hawaiian Studies at the UH Mānoa campus. The cost per class is $20. Two sessions will take plaee during the fall semester: the first is scheduled on Wednesday nights from Aug. 22 to Dec. 12; the second is set for Saturday mornings from Aug. 25 to Dec. 8.
