Free culture and computer classes

TheNativeNationsEducation Foundation - a nonprofit provider of Native Hawaiian eultural workshops, computer literacy training, professional development workshops and a GED/CBSHDP diploma program - will be offering a number of new six-week classes

this month. The schedule of classes, whieh are free of charge, is as follows: • Computer literacy: separate classes from 5 to 8:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, starting July 30, 31 and Aug. 1; • Hula classes: Tuesdays, 6-7 p.m., starting July 31. • Papa 'ōlelo (Hawaiian language classes): Thursdays 6-7 p.m., starting Aug. 2; • Intermediate 'ukulele classes: Mondays 6-7 p.m., starting Aug 6; • Oli (chant): Mondays 7-8 p.m., starting Aug. 6. • Beginning 'ukulele classes: Wednesdays 6-7 p.m., starting Aug. 8; All classes are located at 1130 N.
