THE ŪFFICE 0F HAWAIIAN AFFAIRS CONSUMER MICRO LOAN PROGRAM The OHA CMLP is designed to provide low cost loans to Native Hawaiians who are experiencing temporary financial hardship as a result of unforeseen events, or who need small amounts of funding to enhanee their careers. Loans are available up to $7,500 at a flat interest rate of 5.0% with a maximum repayment term of 5 years or 60 months.
