Ballots will be maileel with a return envelope to registered voters in the lst Congressional District in the first week of May. Ballots must be received by the State Elections Office by May 22. Here are the relevant dates: May 10-20-8a.m.to4p.m. absentee walk-in voting at the Office of the City Clerk, Honolulu Hale, 530 S. King St. Except Sundays and holidays. May 15 - Last dayto request absentee mail ballots. Absentee ballots are required forthose who moved into the district afterthe April 22 voter registration deadline and those who are unable to receive mail at the address listed in the general county registry.
