TAP reserves the right to reallocate funding amounts within orbetween solicitations based on the best interests of the State and/or actual proposal applications received. 0HA will conduct the above orientation sessions at its office located at 711 Kapi'olani Blvd, Suite 500, Honolulu, Hawai'i 96813. All prospective applicants are stronglyencouraged to attend the appropriate session(s). Handouts will be provided, will outline the application requirements of eaeh solicitation, and will include the following: administrative requirements, service specifications, proposal applications, budget

instructions, and other reference material. Prior to application submittal, it is imperative that the applicants closely review all information and follow detailed instructions provided. All applicants shall submit an original proposal and fourcopies to OHAon or before 4:DD p.m. HST, Monday, April 23, 2012 (except 'Ahahui with May 1, 2012 deadline) to the 0ffice of Hawaiian Affairs, 711 Kapi'olani Blvd, Suite 500, Honolulu, Hawai'i 96813. Any proposals received afterthe deadline, butwith a postmarkdateof April 23, 2012 (except 'Ahahui with May 1, 2012 deadline) or prior shall be considered timely received. Proposal forms, specifications and special provisions ean be obtained: At the 0HA website at www.oha.org; or By emailing grantsinfo@oha.org; or By phone at (808) 594-1986. Proposals postmarked after April 23, 2012, (except 'Ahahui with May 1, 2012 deadline) or hand delivered after 4:00 p.m. H.S.T. on Apnl 23, 2012 (except 'Ahahui with May 1, 2012 deadline), shall be considered late and rejected. There are no exceptions to this requirement. Proposals delivered by facsimile transmission or e-mail will not be accepted. One original and four copies of the proposal are required. If this solicitation was downloaded from the website, eaeh applicant must provide contact information to the Sole Point of Contact for this solicitation to be notified of any changes. 0HA shall not be responsible for any missing addenda, attachments or other information regarding the solicitation if a proposal is submitted from an incomplete solicitation. The deadline for submission of written questions is 4:00 p.m. H.S.T. on Monday, April 9, 2012. 0HA will address all written questions with a written response by Monday, April 16, 2012. Written questions may be submitted to 0HA by facsimile or e-mail. However, all applicants who submit written questions by facsimile or e-mail bears the full and exclusive responsibility for assuring the complete, correctly formatted, and timely transmission of their questions. 0HA reserves the right to amenel the terms of this solicitation, to issue addenda, or to withdraw this solicitation at any time. All applicants will be notified in writing regarding 0HA's decision on his/her proposal(s) in mid- to late June 2012. State funded contracts are expected to be in effect from September 1, 2012 to August 31, 2013.
