Min. Qualifications: 1) Masters Degree in Business, Public Health Administration or related field, 2) 3 yrs of progressive supervisory experience in a health care or human service agency, 3) Formal training in grants management and research, 4) Proven ability to work with the Native Hawaiian eommunity, with a minimum of 2 yrs work experience in the Hawaiian community.
