To qualify, a business must be at least 50% Native Hawaiian-owned, evidenced by verification of the owners' OHA Hawaiian Registry numbers (oralternate proof of ancestry) and subject to confirmation by OHA staff. Applicants may not advertise other businesses in their space, nor may they transfertheir space to another entity.
