Moīion to procure and engage a professional consultantfor an amount not to exceed $30,000 to assist the Board of Trustees with its 2nd-year performance evaluation of 0HA's CE0 Dr. Kamana'opono Crabbe, to present a written evaluation to the OHA BOT and CEO, and to complete the 2nd-year performance evaluation no later than October 31, 2014. Motion to adopt and approve the policy guidelines for the Committee on Land and Property. (Second of two required readings)

Motion to approve a 6-month extension of 0HA's Nation Building Timetable, with an election occurring in January 2015, a Governance 'Aha from February-April, 2015, and a referendum concluding in July 2015. Motion to reaffirm the Board's previous position in the Statement of Commitment that the Base Roll serve as the exclusive roll for participation in the nation-building process.

Motion to approve the appointment of: • Trustee Peter Apo, Ad Hoe Committee Chair • Trustee John Waihe'e IV • Trustee Rowena Akana • Ka Pouhana Crabbe • Kawika Riley • Kehau Abad • Derek Kauanoe • Ryan Gonzalez to the Ad Hoe Committee on Nation Building Public Education and lnformation, with aterm of the Ad Hoe Committee to expire on December 31, 2015. The Ad Hoe Committee is charged with the following responsibilities and purview: • Develop components for a new separate website and related educational materials (brochures, ads, commercials, PowerPoints) to educate beneficiaries and the general public on naīion building and the nation building process; all information presented to be outcome neutral and eaeh website category/module presented as free standing of the others; • Provide content and design recommendations of website and any educational materials; review drafts as completed, provide feedback; • Review Community Engagement's marketing and messaging plan, and provide content and design recommendations consistent with the website; and • Draft a detailed action item for BOT to approve all of the above.
