Graduation speech

"Aloha my name is Chasia-Rose Kauapoailani Zorabelle Palma. I am 23 years old and a mother I of two wonderful children that God has blessed me with. I am currently attending Pane'e Mua . and going after my high school diploma. I amalso an employee of Mastercare/Homecare and I went

to a two-months training class to heeome a certified nursing assistant, and I did it. "Someone told me, why you still going to school if you got a job already and doing well? Well, the thing is I want my high school diploma because it's

something I have a ehanee to achieve and have a ehanee to get something I don't have and that I'll need. Whieh I feel I need because it's proof that I went back to finish what needed to be done. "It's not only about me, it's to set an example to my kids to never give up, and I wouldn't have to explain to them why I don't have my high school diploma. So they don't feel like they don't have to get theirs because (Mom) don't have hers. I am always thinking about what needs to be done right and step by step and moving forward, slowly but surely. I am almost there to graduate Pane'e Mua, working my career as a CNA and there's still more plans that I need to achieve. And the motivation from the teachers in school and family has been helpful, and to see my kids happy is priceless."
