Q1. I woulel if elected initiate self-determi-nation for OHA whereby upon such lands underOHAiuris-

diction, that OHA flex its muscles and permit offshore shipboard gaming to double down on this potential revenue-generating venture. The state of Hawai'i had offered via its congressional delegation the AKAKA BILL whieh had by design, prohibited OHA or any Hawaiian entity from having gambling in any form. This parental attitude by the state over OHA affairs must be challenged and what better way to do it than with a barge/dock/pier at Kaka'ako to accommodate offshore gaming? If not interested in gaming for generating revenue, then I propose something radieal - turning the property into a processing hub designed specifically to manufacture consumer

products made out of industrial hemp such as textiles, fuel, food and hempcrete for housing. If Hawaiian entities with ag/land holdings would grow industrial hemp, the amount of jobs generated would be huge. Q2. Support any takeover of government buildings as AIM did in the 1970s ... that act resulted in a slew of rights being granted to the Native Americans. I would recommend that OHA adopt the message of the late Russell Means of whieh I made this youtube to explain: http://www. youtube.com/watch?v=ROUL0C4P3M "What we got to do is opt out from a country that violates its only constitution... we withdrew from our treaties with the United States whieh means legally to return to the legal internationally validated position we held before the signing of the treaties, in other words we are free and independent nations." The words of Russell Means.
