KCC hosts 'Native Voices' health exhibition

A traveling exhibition shedding light on the concepts of heahh and

medicine among Ameriean Indians, Alaska Natives and Native Hawaiians is showing at Kapi'olani Community College through Aug. 1 in the lobby of

Lama Library. "Native Voices: Native Peonles' Con-

cepts of Heahh and Illness," produced by the Nahonal Library of Medicine, features interviews with native people, artwork, objects and interactive media. The free exhibit will be open during library hours, Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. For those unable to visit the library, an online version of the exhibition is available at nlm.nih.gov/nativevoices.
