Motion to approve Second Reading of BOT #15-03, Reorganization of the Standing Committee Structure of the OHA Board of Trustees to Create the Committee on Resource Management. Motion to approve the Chair's appointment of the Ad Hoe Committee on Bylaws Review, with Trustee John Waihe'e IV as Chair; Trustee Lei Ahu lsa as Vice Chair; and Ms. Koalani Kaulukukui, Mr. Reynold Freitas, and Mr. Nathan Takeuchi as members. Motion to approve the Chair's appointment of the Ad Hoe Committee on Eeonomie lnnovation, with Trustee Lei Ahu lsa as Chair; Trustee Peter Apo as Vice Chair; and Mr. Eddie Flores, Ms. Lisa Victor, and Mr. Francis Oda as members. Motion to approve the Chair's appointment of the Ad Hoe Committee on Mauna Kea, with Trustee Dan Ahuna as Chair; Dr. Kamana'opono Crabbe as Vice Chair; and Ms. Jocelyn Doane, Mr. Robert G.
