OHA offers Grants to Non-Profits

OHA is now accepting applieations from non-profit organizations for its Kūlia Grants Program whieh offers one-year grant awards for projects that benefit the Native Hawaiian community and align with OHA's strategic priorities: heahh; education; ineome and housing; land and water; and eulture. OHA has set aside $250,000 for this purpose. The Kūlia Grants Program is intended to provide financial assistance to projects that are not generally covered by OHA's standard Community Grants Program, whieh typically offers larger, multiyear grant awards. Kūlia Grants range from $25,000 to $100,000. A 10% funding match is required. The grants may be used for capacity building and capital improvement projects.
